A hurricane no more! Irma is now classified as a "Tropical Storm" with winds up to 70mph. And weakending! But the threat of flooding is still real.

Anyone else get the message from Yigal Attali about more grading hits being available with a qual? I saw one go by and I missed it so I put the panda in tm.
