Don't be too much. I got a reject this week because I was too fast. Which is complete crap when you fill out everything perfectly... I hate that there's no recourse from the worker side on these matters.
That could be I got a slightly longer version. I probably could have done it in 3 minutes if I felt motivated. I know even after doing surveys for 5 years I'm never going to be the fastest but when I'm in a zen mode I'd like to think I'm at least in the top 25% for speed and nearly 100% accuracy. Again I didn't mean to imply that just because I couldn't do it that fast without being reckless that others can't go that fast and still maintain accuracy. I'm impressed with that is all!
Yes that is crap and there are many man many times that requesters over estimate the time which is why I always try to cook the timer if they've mentioned a time estimate and I'm far below it. It's a pain in the ass but it's probably been at least 3 years since I got a rejection for finishing too early but working from a queue solves most of that problem though there are still several times a week where I intentionally wait before submitting a HIT mainly for that reason.
