I really like the platform that this requester used. It may the survey go by really fast without any noticeable lag.
There's one typeform I think it's called. Where you make your selection and the questions move up automatically to the next one without clicking 'next'. I like those. There's less clicking. Not many requesters use those.

It's like that, but instead of just shifting the page up slightly the whole thing moves. Think of it like PowerPoint transitions.
No scripts, just moving pretty fast. I was at 2 a minute for a first 50 or so and have gotten slightly faster I do have 3 windows open with them to just jump between them
