Surprised to see many stores are open on Thanksgiving for an early Black Friday start. I went to the store long time ago on Black Friday (when it was actually on Friday) and that was a nightmare. Never again.

I mean... if you do 10 surveys that pay a quarter, you have a cool $2.50. Not really sure how that adds up but I get wanting to do something when it is slow. I'd be more inclined to pick at one of the less then stellar batches or go work on my other job. Being able to multi-task definitely helps.

I'm not much of a shopper, and money is limited since the recession (if it weren't, I wouldn't be here tonight.) . I did Black Friday only once for something I needed. It was a computer part, I don't remember what, and I went to MicroCenter. It wasn't crazy at all because they put a cashier at each register. On ordinary days there are only 2. Even if I need something, it can wait till next Monday, as I don't generally shop just to browse. I'm lucky this year: I have a large amount of money from surveys in Amazon gift cards.
I fell asleep this afternoon when I was supposed to buy salad makings for tomorrow. I have to hope at least one grocery is open tomorrow morning. I also missed the majority of turking today.
