Will eyeapps be back? Only to those with a certain qualification?

    I heard they'll be back, but only to those qualified to them. Is that true and how do you get the qual?

    i got it last time by messaging and asking politely. ymmv, but he's on the forums and usually pretty responsive, shows up in the hits thread once in awhile.
