The result from Turking for about 15 days. Sadly, I didn't even have any rejections until just recently (two from yesterday).

2 seemed to be partially my fault, one seems unfair.

Seems I accidentally retook one from "Forensic Investigate Group",
so I got this feedback with rejection:

"It appears you did not complete this HIT in a manner conforming with quality control standards. (This HIT specifies no retakes, and I have a record of already having approved work from you in connection with it.) Therefore I cannot accept your work or use your data. I apologize for any inconvenience."

Diagnose Research Lab rejected one because I seemed to have accidentally click a wrong option:

"It appears you did not complete this HIT in a manner conforming with quality control standards. (You entered Kernicterus as the second diagnosis. This is a disease of newborns, indicating you entered 27 days instead of years under patient age.) Therefore I cannot accept your work or use your data. I apologize for any inconvenience."

And the one I considered unfair was from UCBHSB Research, which claims:

"We only received 67 of our requested 70 surveys. This led us to find the three people who entered fake codes. You were one of those three."

I don't know how I would even obtain fake codes.
