I got my quality score once 90 in oscar smith HITS. After that i mailed oscar smith to grant me trusted worker qualification. He sent me a link on june 7th/2012 and I filled it on the same day and submitted it. After 5 days the requester mailed me saying All The Best! , but the quality score in oscar smith was decreased from 90 to 81. I did lot more HITS and made it upto 89 and again it falled to 82. But what about the trusted worker qualification form that i have filled before. How many days it would take to grant the qualification...
    Please help me yar........

Hello Riaz. I would like to ask if we still need to write the name of the department in the 'position' field or we just have to write the exact position regardless if there is an included department below the position written in the card. Also, I encounter a name and below it is not actually a position but something like the department or part of the company where the person works. should I write this in the 'position' field even if it is not actually a position? for example : 'Joey Smith' and below it 'Engineer' and another below it 'Manufacturing and Process'. Should I write 'Engineer Manufacturing and Process' in the position field or just 'Engineer'? And another example: 'Joey Smith' and below it 'Manufacturing and Process'. Should I write the 'Manufacturing and Process' in the 'position' field even if this is not a position but a department or leave the position field blank. Thanks so much for all your help.

OK, for the abovesaid case you can type like this

    Name : Joey Smith
Title : Engineer, Manufacturing and Process

Also when you see a department you can add that in the Title, me was doing that way. For further clarification you can ask Oscar himself --> project.oscar@gmail.com OR projectoscar.munch@gmail.com

When no Business Name is listed, just crop the whole card. This is what I do and I have been doing his HITS for over a Year, and I was one of the very first to get his qualification. I am at 92 and maintain to stay there.

    Hi Riaz,
I got blocked by Oscar the first time itself when I made a mistake. Any hope of getting unblocked?

    Hi trueakitalover.

My idea is when there is no business name, it is wise enough to just select the NAME alone and not the entire card...

My quality as a trusted worker is right now at 96 and I think I am on the right track... Hope this helps all...

Wow! Thanks for the great thread! I've always had an 85 score but frustrated I couldn't get higher. I had no idea you needed to enter international before an international address or that toll free number went in a different field. How frustrating that this information isn't supplied in the instructions!!!

If I may ask a question.. When a name is listed like:

    Dr. John Smith. M.D. M.S
    Orthopedic Surgeon.

Do you ignore the initials or also include them in the title field? In that example what would you enter in the job title field?

To clarify on Canada, do you write the city in the city field, the province in the state field or do you treat it as an international address?

    Thanks for the help!!!

I was at 91 - not mine is at 88 - granted I only do one or two when I cant find a hit to do.
But I hit a rash of Japanese cards that evidently tanked my rating.
