Internal Error in ignite media transcription work

The requester has not yet completely fixed the error . It works for some, however the return hits shoots up alarmingly....

This has been driving me nuts. I love the Ignite Media hits, they pay pretty well for the amount of work. 6 cents for about 30 seconds. The internal errors are keeping me away from them lately though, it just takes so much longer when you have to keep refreshing to get past the error.

I have noticed a few hits do not have the audio for the name and/or address. You then have to return the hit as you can't submit. Also be careful when the person does not give a house number and just the street - it will get rejected for no street number.

Some of the HITs are messed up too because the form you are given for address doesn't have the city/state filled in already, and those fields aren't able to be edited, so you can't submit.
