It means you suck at his HITs. They have an internal grading system and when you fall below a certain %, they kick you off the job.
Hello All,
I did 18 Hits of this requester (Locate the official URL of a specific company) and when I tried accepting the 19th, this message popped up :
"You cannot work on this hit.
Oops... It seems that our records suggest you are not allowed to work on this HIT. Please choose the other available campaign and Happy Turking! You can find our main campaign at mturk.com (click to open)"
What is this message about ?
This HIT was well paid and I was looking for more HITs from this requester today... What could be the reason ? Friends help...
It means you suck at his HITs. They have an internal grading system and when you fall below a certain %, they kick you off the job.
Don't feel bad -- I only know this because I suck at them too.
Hello bootybitch,
I definitely know my quality of work is very high and this message has nothing to do with poor quality. I presume it is only quantity that matters - probably the requester had kept a maximum limit of HITs that one could do...
One more thing - don't ever think that all people are same...
Contact Kevin Dodds and ask about it. Then he may tell you how bad your quality rating fell down to do this particular HIT. These HITs are approved and rated by an automatic system. And your ratings would sure go down if you entered an answer different from system known, no matter if it was right or wrong. Your high quality work with other HITs have nothing to do with this system. There is no limited number HITs you can do. You can do as much as possible till your rating fall down.

Between two evils, I always pick the one I never tried before.
I've done about a dozen of these HITs so far and what I've been doing is including messages in their comments box about things like the company has changed locations, the location given is only a branch office, the company name is wrong, etc. I mean, that's the point of having actual people working on these HITs, is to apply a little human intelligence to the task, isn't it?
Edit: Whoops. Looks like I've run afoul of the automated grading system, myself. Whenever I try to accept a new HIT, it just idiotically proclaims to me:
You cannot work on this hit.
Oops... It seems that our records suggest you are not allowed to work on this HIT. Please choose the other available campaign and Happy Turking! You can find our main campaign at mturk.com (click to open)
So, it seems like my idea about applying a little human intelligence to the task didn't turn out too well for me. Oh, well.

It's nothing with the quality of any turker but just that his programmed system is wrong. He must have programmed it like if a turker submits more than 4 or 5 N/A then it means that he is not sincere in his work and kick him out but actually there was no URL available and the turker has sincerely selected N/A. I recently got an email from him upgrading my rating to 80 to work on his select hits but by the time I tried to work on his select hits they were gone. Piranha turkers.
