    Amazon keeps making $0.00 charges to my bank account. At the start of the week there was a banner that my account was verified. What is going on?

    I haven't had to verify my bank again, yet! I'm dreading it already though.

    Has anyone figured out why they decided to do this, is it random or a definite thing and my time is coming?

    All I figure is that Amazon is an organizational clusterfuck and doesn't know how to implement changes to Payments without causing a massive headache to many of its customers.

    Luckily for me I was able to get my account re-verified without any problems(so far) within 12 hours of faxing them a statement, so at least they're not being totally worthless when it comes to fixing the problems they've caused.

    Also for what's it worth, this is the response they sent me after I sent them an e-mail:

    Hello,

    I'm sorry to hear your bank account verification failed. In order to verify your bank account, please follow the steps below to upload or fax a copy of your recent back statement.

    To upload the document online:

    1. Visit [Edit My Account Settings> Manage your Bank Accounts]
    2. Find the bank account you'd like to verify and click "Delete"
    3. From Edit My Account Setting click "Add a bank Account"
    4. Enter your bank account information, select Business Bank Account and click "Continue"
    5. Select the document you want to upload and click "Upload"

    To fax us the statement, please use 206-765-3424 or 1-800-887-0540. Please make sure it includes the following information:

    - Name
    - Address
    - Bank account number
    - E-mail address

    The weird thing for me is that they have already verified my account. I can make transfers (as of earlier this week). But they keep making $0.00 charges to my bank account.
