my worker ID was on there multiple times too. Doesn't mean you did the survey twice, requester may have had multiple hits and only has one worker id database. lots of reasons. Besides, when you do thousands of surveys over years time there is no way to remember which one you have done a year ago. Mturk doesn't provide you with a hit database, so I don't search mine for things like that.

I need to take a calculator class.

 

I did that Levi survey and forgot to accept it first. Whew! It was still there when I figured it out.
