the requester actually posted a lot in terms of the explanation of his process in one of these threads a day or two ago, someone should probably should re-post that in a thread on requesters, but he's waiting for a sufficient amount of responses to be given for each hit in order to approve them... he mentioned also that he wasn't inclined to reject based on disagreements, but instead extend the hit to more people, so it doesn't sound like a straight-up majority rules-type scenario, but obviously it's understandable if you don't feel comfortable doing more until the outstanding ones are approved...
