Simply standing would more then likely be enough. standing uses far more energy (i think 4x) then sitting. Sitting actually uses the least amount of energy possible lol.

Haha, yeah I'm not used to sitting this much, I love those treadmill desks but yeah they are EXPENSIVE! And I have cut back on me eating to compensate a little but seriously you would have to stop all together I think to make up for the not moving. I do stand at a table and do leg lifts once in awhile it may have kept me from gaining 20 instead of just 5. LOL
