    I feel the same way, veronicany87...which is why I wholeheartedly agree w/paulstead.

    Try some pills. Some work some don't. You have to try to get a feel for different ones and find out what works best for you.

    I just put my abuser in jail in may (657 counts of rape, sexual assault, rape of a minor, etc) from when I was a child. I had panic attacks almost 3 times a day. I tried pill after pill and finally found one to help. It's worth it. Pills, therapy, exercise, and live life. Good luck! :)

    they where inteded for giving props to good posters however some choose to abuse it and write useless crap which you can see on the top left of your screen under settings

    not sure. ive been repped 20+ times and im still at 1 green box and there are december 2012 join dates with 2+ bars and far less posts/thanks

    apparently people in the negative give reputation that does not matter (grey)
