Actually, this is due to the system time on your computer. I had the same issue. I set my clock back 5 minutes and the hit timer wouldn't start until 3 minutes went past essentially giving a person more time to complete a hit. So, in the interest of science, I set it forward 10 minutes fast. I accepted a hit with 15 minute duration. I found myself with only 4:58 left to complete it. So, get your system clock as close to theirs for the most accurate timer.
check your computer clock. It might have re-synced over the weekend. Right now the way I fixed it was just to set my clock back 3 minutes on the computer. There's most likely a better fix - like cleaning cache but I'm not sure. I turned off the auto sync on my computer, which may cause other problems but fixes the mturk timer at least for now. or umm what the post said above mine
Actually yes they do, Ive gotten ti 6 times over the years, they also pull it away as they run out of masters work. My first year when they were just messing with the master crap, i think I got the photo on given to me and taken away from me 4 times, by Amazon R. back hen you had to qual. to do them. The master program is crap.

I'm not offended, much. I just don't understand the hostility. I wrote some articles, requested a few qualifications, and got Masters ( and no, it's not the Photo Mod one, it's the Categorization one). If I knew it was going to cause so many problems, then I wouldn't have bothered to join the forum and ask for advice. Be mad at someone else, not me. If I didn't somehow earn it, then maybe they'll take it away again, and give it to you. Right? You certainly earned it, not me. Work harder, work faster, lol. Thanks for the pro tip, bro!

Am I the only one that thinks maybe he got it because he was waaaay above everyone else performance wise on the same general level as him? I mean granted, a lot of you have been around a long time, but so have a lot of others. And you're probably all doing roughly the same volume as people in your tier. Just my $0.02.
