You have to check to see if the dentist is working under the leading dentist. In a lot of cases these are new dentists that may not be listed on the front of the page but instead in the staff or even as a visiting dentist. That is another thing a lot of these dentists travel from one place to another on different days of the week so it is important to check that as well.

I cant even get the Qual. This is the 2nd time ive seen it right as it became available and I dont have the TLR002 Qual
I am in the same boat as you, however, they did add a new qualification I guess just this morning called Test. That is auto granted at 50 so I am hoping there are HITs coming for it in the future.
