    Hi ya'll,

Back from the last minute Christmas shopping. Decided on a hex bug theme for my son's stocking stuffers. Anywho, I spent yesterday's earning all ready so, let's get making some money :) Only caught small batch of Rubin this am, hoping he visits again later. Until then, I'll be transcribing I guess. Any good batches?

    Hi All,

I'm trying to do some Redwoods (handwriting transcribe) and I get this message.

"No jobs could be found for this HIT!

Most likely, this means that the only work we have left is on data that you have already worked on. To ensure quality, we cannot have a single worker touch any piece of data more than once.

Please return this HIT and select another one of a different type, or try again later."

Anyone else getting this. It says 16 left. I'm using FF browser.

All the Redwoods I click on says this now. It's my browser isn't it?

Nope, not your browser. They just want multiple workers so they can get data as accurate as possible.

I'm pretty sure Redwood limits everyone to a certain amount of hits at a time. I don't understand why everyone keeps suggesting them over Oscar when it comes to the really low paying ones. I mean theoretically you could make more money doing these, but when they limit you to doing three or four at a time and then soft block you after that for a couple of hours, I don't see how they're better. At least Oscar lets you do as many as you want.

Check back with them in an hour and maybe they'll let you do 2 or 3 before soft blocking you again. Haha.

I was able to do about 50 in one sitting with no blocking.

Personally, I don't recommend Redwood in general, I recommend a specific HIT. They posts hundreds of Review a Short Transcript HITs, which are quick and easy. The pay is easily 3x that of Oscar, and you can do a bunch. They made up 900 of my first 1000 HITs, and although I didn't make great money, I made a lot more than I would've with Oscar.

I promise, you're not blocked. They rarely post new HITs for everything that comes up now. The "Review a Short Transcripts" are posted a few times a day, and are the ones that I prefer. These don't have limits.

Trying this today for the first time - what's up with it? I can't get it to submit - it will take the code if I hit Enter, but then just brings up another page with more instructions, still under the same HIT/timer. Thought maybe it was because they want you to do at least 10 at a time, but I've done at least 10 & it still won't let me submit the hit. Anyone else having this issue? I don't want to return it... am I missing something?
