I did it in Chrome but didn't see that issue. Just checked all of the buttons for each quastion and submitted. Did it prompt you to run a java? Had to select that on mine in my url bar

 

Did it on Chrome. Am positive got Javascript on. (But I think Java is turned off everywhere on my computer. No prompt for Java.) And I clicked the shield.
