I don't remember anything about that rule. The minimum fee now is 1 cent instead of .5 cents so the fee for 0 cent hits go about but that is about it.

Jeezz..read the latest TO on the guy..........he needs to be off of mturk...no matter what people say about him he finds a way to make it look like he is ALWAYS in the right and the person commenting on him...is wrong for complaining about how cheap he is...

He is pretty notorious for being rude to people on Turkopticon and paying little (or usually nothing) for his work.

Recently I was browsing some other requester's reviews and noticed he was also flagging reviews on other people's accounts he disagreed with.

 

Oh, what the hell, why not ! I haven't made one for at least two years.

 

I have seen his hits since he first started posting. It amounts to harassment. TO is not anywhere a requester should be posting. It is fine to comment here and there . TO is a workers forum .
