Christ, It's temperate enough to have the windows open here tonight, but as a result I'm listening to the neighbor's boyfriend hold forth on his political views while they eat dinner. Sigh. There's only a driveway separating us. Time to crank something up.
Yeah you don't need any drivers if its intermittent problems. I would agree that it might be your internal wifi acting up. I just had to get a USB wifi adapter because my internal antenna broke (along with the whole screen coming unattached from the rest of the laptop :rolleyes Order a USB wifi dongle if you know its your internal wifi messing up and download a download manager in the meantime so you can resume broken downloads
This is probably what you'll need to do but it wouldn't hurt to power cycle your WiFi router first. Sometimes that can fix weird connection issues (even if only one device is having problems).
In reply to whether I am planning on doing more states: I wish, as I would like to help as many Turk workers on here as I can. Unfortunately, in order to be selected for this study, a state must have certain political features that I do not want to give away on this forum, as it might clue in potential survey-takers about what precisely I am trying to study. To be sure, I provide this information in the debrief anyhow (the UC-Davis Institutional Review Board requires researchers to do so) but I don't want to spoil the fun beforehand. But to answer your question, I chose only six--PA, OH, MO, VA, NH, and IL--and will not, any time in the near future, be choosing any more states. There is a chance, however, that I might do a future survey that encompasses the entire U.S., so you may want to stay tuned. That's all I can tell you for now. Hope this helps .
Dear Zachary and Children Underground are both on Netflix and have haunted me since I saw them.[/QUOTE] Dear Zachary has stayed with me ever since I watched it a few years ago. So tragic.
Man I remember when I was turking last year these daily hit topics used to be over 100 pages each day. What happened? Did a lot of peeps leave?

Thanks guys! Going to power cycle now. I am going to try a download manager if I can't get it going. I've got to get this shit downloaded!
Ho,ho, Seven! My neighbors are mostly silent. Some of them might be dead, I don't know. The solution to loud neighbors is Tchaikosky's Overture of 1812, played loudly enough to rattle the windows and send things moving across tables of their own volition. I recommend Fiedler's version with guns, canons, fireworks and bells. You shouldn't be able to hear anyone banging on the door, either. My mom thought that it was best listened to while standing out on the street. She made rock bands look like pikers!
If anyone's interested, I'm selling a PS3 bundle on eBay: Sony PS3 Console and Controller 160GB (CECH-3001A) + Grand Theft Auto IV & Battlefield 3. Currently have an opening bid of $65 (free shipping and all original cords/cables included). Also selling: first season DVD set of Deadwood and Lion King cards/McDonald's toys from 1994.
One of these days a requester is going to check to see if we actually TYPE "I read the instructions" into the box as instructed instead of copy&pasting it...
