It was all Fiona wrote for the most part. The entirety of her first album, Tidal, was gut wrenchingly depressing. Honestly, Adele has nothing on that girl in terms of sadness.

I don't really remember any happy Alanis songs, either.

But then, depressing music doesn't bother me in the slightest. I had Dirt and Facelift on constant replay through the 90s, lol.

 

I didn't listen to much Fiona I don't think. I did love Alanis. And Madonna.
