Whew, just got off haggling with my phone company through chat. Long story short I was supposed to get a promo that I never got and this was my fourth (!) time contacting them about it. They finally resolved it and now I've got a nice credit coming into my account. It took awhile but I kept thinking of it like I was doing a turk chat survey for money lol.
