if you mean the backtick in the first block, it sends ctrl+tab to move to the next tab, won't do anything if you only have one tab open though...
I couldn't code my way out of a Konami game, but it appears that the ` key switches tabs, 1 copies something, 2 pastes something, and 3 closes some tabs and then does some searches.
