I just got it the other day. I came to turk last week so scraper is new to me I don't really know how to use it. I get how to use it technically but I don't know how to use it strategically. Should I sort by reward? Look for batches?

So, I am never buying a dell computer again. I will try to make my hell short. Got a great touchscreen laptop for $30 from a place I buy "broken" stuff. Start the PC and it asks for a bios password. Call tech support and explain I need the password. They say I have to go online to register it in my name because it could be "stolen". I forgot to mention that the tech support was an India call center. I fill out form. It says to wait up to 14 days to transfer the computer into my name. I wait two. Call back. Three different departments tell me the computer is registered to me, but they are the wrong department. Get transferred to another department and they tell me its not. Executive Email Carpet Bomb time. I wrote a nice explanatory email about the situation that I went through. Sent it to over 35 different emails. Two days later, I get a reply. Someone from the transfer team is working on it. YAY! They ask for a copy of my receipt as proof of purchase and I scanned it and sent it in. Two more days later, I sent an email asking what is going on. I am told it takes time, I need to wait. So, I wait. After 16 days after initial contact, I email the transfer team contact again. Another day goes by and they tell me "Whoops, you didn't fill out the right form. You need to fill this one out instead." Aggravated, I search and find an 800 number for a purchasing number for government agencies. I call it. I get a rep that A) Speaks English and B) was kind enough to listen. She explains that she used to work in tech support and that if the bios password wasn't turned on by the previous user (which it wasn't) then 9 times out of 10 it is a damaged motherboard. R.e.a.l.l.y. It took 10 minutes of talking with one rep to get a straight answer than 7 different departments and almost three weeks of contact and waiting. In a fit of rage with Dell, I placed the laptop up for parts on ebay. It's selling for $90 right now. So there is a somewhat happy end to the story. But it would have made a damn good turk top. Sorry to vent, but I finally have some peace and needed to tell my story.
