For a lot of those, I use a disposable email account or I'll just make something up. Unless there is a follow up opportunity, you should always be safe doing that. If it's a total scam requester, that's different though.
i have yet to get scraper can someone tell me in a nutshell what it does that's so great? Everyone seems to think it's so complicated
Yeah I tot agree but they were scams bc there was never a submit code at the end..Incredible how sophisticated they're getting.
No code doesn't mean it's a scam. I always write or message with my Worker ID that there was no code and have never been rejected on surveys like that. 100+ times over the years. It's a slow Saturday, go sign up a new gmail account for mturk right now for when you need to use an email address
Lets you set search parameters and notifies you when new hits pop up. Not as complicated as it first appears. Also shows TO which can be helpful but I wouldn't base to many decisions solely off TO.
DID ANYONE ever see this 32.00 hit about reading comprehension that looked like anyone could take it..it disappeared before I could blink..has anyone ever seen anything like that and know what it is?
The only thing I'd care about is having the HIT approved, I don't really care if they respond about it.

If it's Percy it was awful. They wanted you to read 76 paragraphs and form 5 questions for each one. 350 questions which require thinking. I wouldn't do it for under 100.
Yes, real email. They didn't pay me again in the bonus. I wasn't shorted, you're reading it wrong. Bonus payment was 18.84, plus HIT was 50 cents equal 19.34. Anyhow, I wouldn't mind being shorted 50 cents from $19.34. I did get the whole 19.34. It was pretty tough though... I imagine most people wouldn't be able to do it.
If it was a percy it's like the Stanford HCI HITs. I did one for $52 a month or so ago. It's a decent pay rate but they aren't free money. It will take about 3 to 3.5 hours for that $32 HIT if it's like the one I did.
