I did take a study from her that did say that only 10% or some number like that of respondents would be randomly awarded a bonus. I'm not sure if it's the same one you're referring to, but I do remember it being that requester.

 

I don't remember the survey indicating that but she told me the same thing when I asked

 

I think that was really the case with the last one, I remember it from the HIT.

I have a sneaking feeling that's what she planned to do with the other HIT but forgot to specifically state it, hence the foot-dragging with the bonuses on that one.

 

Idk, I don't remember that in the hit but it was nearly a month ago now. I have a screenshot of the first page of the followup, which was long for a follow up, that states "You will be given bonuses based on your performance on these tasks" with no mention of it being random.

That is the full text of the survey page. The email is even more vague and doesn't mention any compensation whatsoever. The bonus was easy to get (at least $3, if not more). Seems like she preyed on people's assumptions. Really shady.

She ran a few different ones over the course of a few weeks, so we could definitely be talking about a different one, I dunno.

She's not a bad requester, but I think there was some shoddy planning on these. And she did pay me a $15 Amazon gift card (more than my actual bonus was) for one of the earlier ones, so I don't think there's any out-and-out dishonesty going on here.

 

Morning! Great way to start the day, just got over $20 and counting in less than an hour.

 

Anyone having issues with HITs not giving the code after you complete it? I've had it happen twice this morning.

 

My experience with the scraper today.

 

Maybe I should actually watch Scraper. Opened it and kind of forgot about it.

 

It happens, usually I just throw my worker ID in the space instead and never have a problem.

 

I do this and typically write a note as well, "Did not receive code"

 

I have to disagree about her being a good requester and about the dishonesty. If I remember correctly she really jerked flora and several other people around, saying she already sent the bonus, etc.

 

The one I'm talking about is from April 6th

 

I never got paid for the second part of the April 6th survey either. Although I don't care enough to message her about it.
