Just got an email with a .50 bonus from this guy. Nice. Quick survey too IIRC.

 

There are supposed to be two different versions of the consent page, but mine showed both together (and I couldn't get past it, probably same as you). I opened it again in an incognito window and then it was OK. I'm sure the requester screwed up something, but I guess there's only one version that's broken.

 

Well the problem is there is no other answer to select, I literally cannot advance the page.
