That's odd. I've got Scraper running, this stuff on a 3 sec panda, and submitting fairly quickly. No issues (yet).

 

yep my panda is 3 sec. have to turn scraper off when working from queue so that's not even on. no other scripts running either other than queue order. Dumb.

 

I still use an early version of an MMTurkeyBacon script
Hit Area Expander but I'm not sure it ever got copied to greasyfork?
earlier versions of scroll to workplace may also let you set window height
