Medallia - Categorize Sentences ( Anyone have any issues with them today? )

    Hello all,

    I just wanted to explain our rationale for rejecting these HITs. Playa_hamm420, I just reviewed your HITs from the last batch, and it seems like you did indeed mark "does not contain an actionable item" for all of your responses to the first question. Additionally, the instructions explicitly state that if the sentence does not contain an actionable item, then the second question should be answered with "no actionable item"; however, you marked other options. We took these as indicators that you were not giving due consideration to these HITs.

    We do not want to reject HITs, we are just looking out for the accuracy of our results. We understand that the HITs we are serving are relatively new and you may not have fully understood what to do. If you (or any other workers) are ever unclear about the task, we encourage you to contact us with any questions. We are more than happy to clarify our instructions.

    With that being said, we also recognize that you have worked loyally and accurately on our HITs before and we may have been hasty in blocking you, so we will undo this.

    Thank you to everyone who works on our HITs, and please don't hesitate to reach out to us if any other issues like this arise.

    We try to get to HITs 1-1.5 days after they are submitted. If it's taking longer than this, just bring it to our attention and we'll try to rectify the situation quickly.

    Please direct any other questions to our official requester account instead of our forum account.

    Medallia -is the one who post 0.01$ Hotel reviews right?

    Positive ,Negative Radio button we have to select the correct Emotions right?

    He is good req.i did few hits and the few were accepted and paid soon :)

    And im happy to report the block was infact reversed :D As hasty as it was given out it was just as hasty revoked.

    Nice to see a Requester visiting the forum, and giving his/her explanation about the HIT rejection policies, which helps everyone working on the HITS.

    Now that Medallia is here, we would appreciate if you could ping us when you are ready to drop the next batch :)
