Yep the doctor's visit is the one I chose. Figures. Yeah I put in my MTurk ID and messaged the requester so I should be okay.

 

I saw this earlier and wasn't gonna try it as I was burned on two other surveys this morning that had an accurate time estimate. This was 2.5 minutes.
