If I avoided every hit that made me feel homicidal, I'd make around ten cents a day. I prefer ten dollars. As long as I can vent some of the resulting rage.
But it's not even about the math really... just if you are intuitive or analytical, which is spun off to belief in religion or not.
You can vent all you want. This is the place. Suppose I told you I do surveys from other non-MT companies too, and some have the same questions.
I think requesters are just being lazy. Mathematical morality is going to be a thing. You are standing on a bridge over a track when you see an out of control trolley hurtling down the track at 60 mph. Unfortunately a group of philosophy students wearing "Zeno Was Here" t-shirts are standing mysteriously immobile on the tracks. The first is 100 feet away from the bridge, the next 50 feet from the first, the third 25 feet further on, and so forth. Now if you allow the trolley to continue unimpeded it will mow down and kill an infinite number of philosophy students. Fortunately on the bridge with you are a large number of unconscious fat men. Each fat man you throw in front of the trolley will cause the trolley to decelerate by 1 mph per second as it pushes the pile of now-dead fat men ahead of it. What is the most morally correct number of fat men to toss off the bridge? I swear, it's like requesters aren't even trying when they come up with their scenarios.

Those scenarios existed way before there was an MT or an internet. They're too lazy to make up new ones. And almost all the survey questions come from ready-made sets.
I've always chosen "analytical." And intuition would never suggest that there are supernatural beings.
