    It does if you basically make a sock going all the way back until it dries and clamping it down with all kinds of shit. Also, brother jesse clogged the entire kitchen sewer pipe 3 feet deep by pouring caulk down it, something we never got fixed and just ran everything to the bathroom sewer line instead.(he did this to spite us before we moved in).

    Even so, the ball cap/caulk didn't stop the leek entirely it just prevented a a torrent of water from flooding the basement. Even with it in place I still had a soaked basement about a half inch deep by the next day lol.

    It really is. there used to be a lot of really meh flagging work up every day with product RNR, but I think he barely puts up 100 batches every so often now. Also, flagging horse cock is never fun.
