Do you guys think mturk is dying? I remember years ago when this forum was so hopping with hundreds of posts per daily thread. There were hits all day that were worth it and like a dozen pages to scroll through. Now it seems like things are so much slower. I used to almost be able to do mturk full time and now it's barely gas money.
I'm not sure yet. I have been turking since 2014 and always increased my income every year while working about the same or slightly less. 2022 was the same, but there were a few periods that were off and from September my income is decreasing month on month. I partly think it is the knock on effect of covid and we are seeing those effects from schools being closed 3 years ago. I partly think it's dying or running its course. I have thought it was dying many times in the past, but this seems different.
