So, selling my blood did not work out well. Red Cross has not yet sent me the promised Visa gift card codes, and worse yet, for the first time ever after a blood transfusion, I nearly fainted during the walk home. It's a mile from the high school where they do the blood drives to my house, and I only managed two blocks. I got to the Dollar General store, which thank Christ had a chair out front, so I had to sit there and call my sister to pick me up and drive me home. Thank God she was in town that day, or I might still be there. Oh, and it was sleeting. Which was perfect. The cherry on the shit sundae of the whole experience. On the bright side, I may have convinced a requester rocking the old short timer trick to pay up the 70 cents he owes me. And It only took me twice as long and significantly more effort than the hit itself. Yippee. *sigh*

Yep, I should have said, forum just kicks you out, not logs you out. As long as you marked 'stay logged in' you won't have to log in, just open or refresh MTF and you're there. EDIT: Oh you're talking about your avatar. I missed that second comment until now. Glad you got it done.
I got my new computer, and it's so different I don't know if I can figure out how to use it. The trackpad doesn't have the two little buttons at the bottom. How do you right click something on a trackpad like that? The entire keyboard is different. It's freaking me out a little.
I had the same thing and I wondered exactly the same thing as you did when I got mine. You click it with two fingers to right click. Hope this works for yours. Give it time, it'll grow on you.
Every time I get a new one, the changes upset me a little more than they did the last time. Yet another reminder that I am now officially a little old lady.
