This HIT reminds me of something I've been wondering about. Do any of you who don't have jobs outside of MTurk consider yourselves employed? I only ask because I end up returning a lot of these HITs that, like this one, say 'must be currently working to participate' or some equivalent.
I consider myself as an mturk worker self-employed. I mean, I have to pay taxes on mturk work, so the government considers me self-employed!

Thank you very very much Athena, I would like to know for whom the political survey was conducted for, as there were a lot of questions pertaining to governmental control and re-education of citizens. Odd....
I'm curious about that, too. Those were really probing questions. That survey was a really classic example of a study I'd like to read the full test of, once the results are calculated.

i love those lawrence berkley surveys. They're fast for the money, just sucks that they take so long to pay. Can't complain too much though.
Thanks that survey was pretty cool even though I didn't relate to the person at all. I split my bonus with them because I'm just nice like that.
Fun fact: on the tv set top box survey, in the age demographics section, they have a "under 9" option and then a "10 to XX (19 I think, not sure)" option. Not a huge deal, but funny that my 9 year old here at home technically would not count in this survey. I just listed him as 10 since he's 10 next month anyway.
