Sign into the bank account or accepting the HIT? I signed in 5 days and did the exit survey. There was also a question on the survey that I answered that may have influenced the payment but I can't pay for sure. I think, though, the HIT when I signed up for it said there would be a total of $7 dollars deposited into the account which would be paid as a bonus at the completion of the HIT.
