Is this a follow-up survey on Anti-Viruses? I think I got a similar invite. Talk about last minute though, the times to sign up are this weekend. I will be hard pressed to make it.
I just got it, too. I'm not really clear on what they''ll want us to do? I don't have a headset, so I'll call on a phone? How are they going to compensate us? I guess I need to email them...
I am not sure about the compensation either. If they are smart they would add an invite-only MTURK survey that we can add a completion code. From what I understand it will be a NetMeeting type of get together with tasks and shared windows. But, I can't be 100% sure.
You can talk through your laptop, that's how I did it. You don't need a headset, just make sure you're in a quiet room. You basically do some survey zoom tasks on three different AntiVirus softwares and then you rate how easy or difficult the tasks were to do. The person asks you a few questions about your survey answers and guides you along. It's tedious but in terms of hourly work, you make $30 an hour...so that's too good to pass up! You get paid via paypal OR Amazon gift card. I opted for Paypal, because that's money! They pay within 48 hours
