The dot needs to be inside the same cell. If it is on the border (dark area around the cell) it is a no; however, in some of the examples on the sample test there were cells with some light grey spots, that had the dot on them, then on another spot in the same cell, I have been marking those as yes like the sample test.
But there are some cell with dark spots inside of them, is that still part of the cell? Tried to look at the samples in the qualification test, but I can't view them again
As long as the cell completely surrounds that dark spot I would say yes... Like if you used the paint can feature in your paint program, anything touching would change color... at least that is how I judged it.
As far as the poll is concerned, I am in day 7 of my 10 day start up probation, and making only around $5-10 per day. I decided that it is far more important to reach 1000k approved hits than it is to take bigger hits and reach it more slowly. So when a good, quick batch comes up, I do as many as I can, regardless of the money made. I just want to make sure I get my max of 100 per day and not get stuck typing in business cards for 2c each. Right now I have 655 submitted and 513 approved. YAY! Hoping to boost that amount I'm bringing in soon!
Okay so I qualified for the cell qual by Giuly. How do I begin to start taking them. I tried to accept, but them it says that I need to get qualified. Is there a certain link to go to or how do I go about doing this.
What score did you get on your qualification? You have to have a certain score or better in order to be able to work on the hits.

See, I'm doing the opposite. I'm on day 8 and would rather do larger hits to make more money, as my hits are limited. I've already had 3 days that are between $15-25. I have 341 submitted and 272 accepted. I figure I'll be close enough to get to that 1000 mark within a day or two of getting off probation, as long as some decent batch hits come up.

Well I got the hit, but when I clicked on the survey link, it gave me an error message that my browser was too slow so just returned it...
I'm getting the same thing. Funny how the "too slow" error pops up in less than a second. My internet/browser is plenty fast enough, guaranteed. :\ EDIT- I was using Waterfox as my browser when that error happened. Opened up Chrome and loaded right away.
