No. the workers are agents. there are different types. different types get paid different amount. You just answer questions with tools. I'm an expeditor so it is only 2 cents a question, but it usually only takes me 10-15 seconds to either find the answer with their tools or edit it. its slow though except after school lets out or after 8PM. a lot of the questions are just homework questions. maybe just $1-2 extra per hour during the hours I choose to work. it is much slower other times. . I wish I signed up as a generalist or transcriber. they make more.
Got my $5 for the night, so I'm out! Hopefully tomorrow is better, and I can actually find something to contribute to the thread. ^_^
Same here, except I'm at $0 lol. I checked this thread once this morning, started to do a survey then decided it wasn't worth the time. And now that I have some time to Turk I don't feel motivated. Looks like I'm not missing much though haha
I'll check now. You know, the Ben Walker one is long (and should pay more) but it IS interesting. Yes, I'm that desperate.
I don't know if this has been posted already as I've only gone through the last few pages... Answer an survey about your thoughts and feelings about someone you know. Edward Lemay $.40, claims 5-10 mins will update edit: took 5 mins
I just made it... i didn't think i was gonna crack $10 today but i made it.... $10.51 on 134 hits what a day hopefully tomorrow will be better.
I'm getting irritated by all these questions they ask where they want you to briefly describe something.
gnight all ill see you tomorrow...tomorrow is my redwood day and doog will keep me on track (hopefully) night
I'm new to turking, can someone tell me a good way to get my rating up? This is where I stand- Accepted -20,,,,approved 14-87.5%,,, sadly rejected 2 - 12.5%, I know that since I haven't done but 20 that really affects my approval rating, so I was wondering what I can do to get my numbers up, not really worried about making "big" money, just wanting to look good so I can do better jobs. Does this make any sense?
Try doing CrowdSource work and other batch hits, follow along with these posts and you should do better soon
