I just came on here to ask about the GTRI-HSID hits being really neutral. I'm going with the guideline that if it's just a fact "He went to the store before committing the crime" I'm marking it neutral.

 

Aren't most newspaper articles supposed to be unbiased and just report the facts? I guess that's why most of these are neutral.
