If anyone's looking for a new-ish laptop I'd get this 15" Lenovo G500. It's a refurb but has 1yr warranty. Ivy Bridge dual-core (pretty much as fast as last year's 2ghz i3), 4GB RAM, 500GB hard drive. $200. http://outlet.lenovo.com/SEUILibrar...orkflow:item.detail?GroupID=445&Code=59RF0313
As far as laptops go you need to keep it clean and often you need to open it up to get it really clean. A can of compressed air will work wonders especially if it has never been cleaned. Or you could have a broken fan and those are fairly easy to replace. When I used one I never got even close to those temps unless I was running WOW. Unless you are a gamer you probably dont need a cooling pad unless you like to work with it on your lap or with it laying on a bed, you just have to make sure that the vents on the bottom are clear. A cooling pad raises it up and keeps a good space between the vents and the surface its setting on. The biggest mistake that people with laptops make is setting it in their laps while they work. It cant get air.

Quick question I know its been posted before but what are some good sites/apps for making money with you smart phone
oops. yea meant stop. Ive done that. going into the bios and telling it to boot from the pci-e card worked in the past. Cant figure it out now. I built the computer from the ground up just for gaming and had to replace a worn out video card and it worked great for a while. I know I can hook it up to the motherboard but I have a 26'' monitor and I cant get the resolution I want from the motherboard.
Looks sweet, but is that single core processor? Still way better than a netbook. EDIT: Nevermind, realized it's dual core.
so apparently you can make one of your characters in Tales of Vesperia a trap as well. I use the frog suit on him though. way funnier.
