Honestly, seeing the way society changes year after year it makes me want to go back to living in the middle of no-where. I moved to the big city at as a teenager when my mother took a job with a new company. But there's no feeling in the world like being able to leave your doors unlocked while you go get groceries and can do so with ease at mind. We can't do that in the city, especially in todays day and age.:usa: In several months I'm going into the landscaping business and already have a plan up my sleeve for these city slickers. All the gas cans will be locked inside the truck along with one in the back half of gas half water, waiting for the city slicker to drive up, take off trailer, and drive off while I'm in someones backyard. I read a magazine article by someone who went to Siberia a few years ago and went to some of the old workcamps of Stalin's gulag. They're completely empty and abandoned, falling apart in the middle of nowhere. It's a very lightly inhabited area and the people who live there don't go anywhere near them. IIRC the author's driver/translator refused to go inside any of the camps. Maybe some of the photos are of Siberia.
