Categorize Baby Products HIT

It would be wonderful if you could adopt some kind of accuracy percentage per turker. If someone does a hundred but they think something goes into a particular category and they do that mistake 6 times it could ruin them. Provided the other 94 they submitted are correct it seems unfair for a mistake that small. I mean if peoples approval ratings go below 95% there are big problems, a rejection is a big deal.

This may be a stupid question, but what should we do where there isn't a picture? Do we just go by the description?
