Cannot say I agree with this one. By allowing him to create a new account with hopes he behaves from now on is no different than a 2 year old throwing a temper tantrum over and over until their parent gives in.

I agree totally. Some days the off topic random chatter is all that keeps me sane while I'm clicking bubbles. And while the HITs are invaluable, obviously, I think it's all equally important. And it isn't like it's hard to notice the HITs.
