It will come with time. A few qual requesters have been around for awhile, but a lot come & go. You'll start picking them up.
This is what I was trying to do with those. It was a matter of feeling your way through each one. If you got a flippant short (I don't give a crap) answer out of the guy who said he couldn't find it and the other user found the answer I usually marked those as bad response.

I think there was defiantly™ some subjectiveness in there. Like for population, I'd accept both 2010 census and current estimates. Things like that. But for crap like "no answer" when it's something that lends itself naturally to a wiki page. Nope. Like I had one that asked about the size of a lake, and I know that this was answered in the first paragraph of the first link, because I remembered answering the thing myself. Some were just obviously lazy.

On the BJs, there was another answer I kept seeing over and over, which was something like "Wikipedia rarely provides descriptive answers to questions about an individual's age." Did that person not read the HIT directions? I did over 1k BJs today, and I probably marked 25% of them as not acceptable. Makes me feel bad for BJ as a requester. Are they really getting crap answers 25% of the time?!?
