Mine are approving, I have done these before and have always had luck, but they are pretty subjective I'll probably stop pretty soon.
These are easy too. Try to find out the products you are more familiar with. EDIT: It's the first time I am working for them. I did 10 now. All approved in 5 minutes.

nice, i missed some of these moskowitzes somehow, though i got the book, sportswear and yogurt ones... oh well... if my heart was more into it at the moment i'd do some of those $3 blog hits from john gaddy but my concentration is way off today...
For the most part it doesn't matter. I have seen one HIT that had return rate as a qual, and it was a ridiculous percentage. I think it was no greater than %70.
