as i mentioned when i edited my post, it might be the requester's first time, given the no-TO and the fact that the survey doesn't complete properly or even ask for demographic info. just mention what happened, i saw that your worker ID is included in the url of the survey, so it's quite possible that they will get your id with the survey data for your session, so include your id, and hope for the best...

How did you saw that my worker ID is included in the url of survey ? I havn't found out that my worker ID was in the url

 

Or should i include the url of the thank you message displayed after survey ?

Ah, I see this has been addressed

 

He meant that he saw his ID in the URL.

 

Email the requester to help you feel better. Just in case there really isn't any way for him finding out you did the survey. Most likely there is, but just to be safe and help you not be paranoid.

edit: hmm which survey are u talking about again? the gif one? if so, yea email him/her.

What you did after end of survey questions ..what you wrote in blank text area of HIT ?

 

i meant 'your' in general, everyone has his or her ID included in the url of that survey.
