I once got an email from amazon saying I had been blocked by a requester and that if I received more blocks my account would be suspended. I emailed the requester who blocked me and he replied saying he had blocked me because I had already performed his hit and he didn't want any repeats. He didn't realize that it would negatively affect my account and he removed the block. I also emailed amazon and explained to them the situation and that I was always a very careful worker and took all of the hits seriously. They emailed me back basically saying that as long as I continued to perform well and didn't get any more blocks in the next couple of months that I would be fine. I have also emailed amazon in the past just to inquire as to whether there are any hard blocks on my account at the moment and they responded with that information in a day or two. I know its scary when you get a message like that, but try to be positive. Contact amazon and find out exactly what is going on. They will most likely work with you:)

Inhale, exhale. Deep breaths, calm down.

I've only ever heard of this email coming to new Turkers who started off doing a lot of HITs and then took a few days off or otherwise slowed down. If you're really nervous (and it sounds like you are terrified) then head to your dashboard, take a gander at the blue "Contact Us" link and shoot them a message asking to see who (if anyone) had blocked you and requesting more information. The message seems to be sent by the system, though I'm not sure what triggers it, exactly.

    Also, BREATHE. And hugs.

Yep. I got that same email when I was about 500 hits in. To this day, I still don't know what I did wrong. I even sent, and got a reply to that email, and still I have no clue. Some people here on the forum suggested I watch my "quality", even though I was always careful and went slow. SO, I focused, really focused on my quality, and haven't heard back since. So, I say, don't worry about it, but watch your quality. Cheers!

turkintime - I just wanted to comment on your situation. I received that same email a few months ago when I had not done anything differently. I emailed Amazon, and after a few days they got back to me and told me I have no blocks on my account and if I am not getting complaints from a requester then just disregard the message. It is mysterious and scary I know, but it has been a few months and I have heard of other long time workers getting this too without anything bad coming of it.

I've been entering a note in the comments block below the entered information to let them know. I had several with just a "We accept all insurance" sort of statement on the site...so I copy/pasted that statement in the insurance box in those cases. So far all have approved.

It says to use a tailors measuring tape, which I have so I used that and answered in inches. I'm not sure if pants size would work.....

Yes! He sent me a great email with the make-up code and said he would pay in full. Best communication I've had with a requester. He was even apologetic in the HIT title! "Make up hit for poorly posted experiment"

Thank you! I've been doing the same, just getting googly eyed and starting to doubt myself. Thanks!

Anyone know why I can't download the script for approvals? it's the only one I've tried, so I'm assuming non of them work with Chrome? I hate Firefox. :(

Don't worry, turkintime. It's just an automated canned message and might have been a glitch from their side. There's absolutely nothing to worry about. Keep ya head cool.

So after a little over 1,400 HITs on sentiments, CrowdSource told me I couldn't do anymore. :) $196 is amazing. Transferring that sucker to my bank once the pending approved becomes paid.

That's roughly $264 in a 24 hour period! About as much as my monthly goal. Whoopy fuck!
