I don't have any anymore. I just described the way the artists performed, interacted with the audience, how the audience behaved (or would have behaved if I couldn't see them and I had to imagine). Tone of the performance, how I (would have) felt, whatever worked to fill in 200 words.
pasta and potatoes are good for you, but white potatoes must be mixed with something that is low glycemic index and has a decent amount of antioxidants so that it doesn't cause inflammation in your body. plants are pretty much always good for you. pasta is very good for you... it's just wheat, typically. basically just mix all that stuff with some canned veggies and whatnot and you're golden. I eat on about a dollar or so a day, and it's very healthy. flax seeds for omega 3, oats, cocoa, cinnamon, green tea, herbal tea, some coffee, lentils, a few different types of beans, brown rice, and the cheapest veggies and some apples (cheapest veggies usually are purple and green cabbage, carrots, celery and turnip/mustard/collard greens). I also eat some sweet potatoes and lots of peanut butter. I also am a bit of a body-builder and endurance athlete... I get plenty of protein, carbs, calories, etc. just find the cheapest stuff that is also healthy and ensure variety, and you're golden for life. AND you grow your own stuff? awesome, I don't even do that...
They didn't fix shit. My SpamQualForMultipleImagesCorrect on the .07's went from 4 to 7 to 5 to 11 over the past few days. Today it was back to 0, did 75 of the .07s in one shot and now its back to 10. Not going to touch them anymore until they fix their shit.
