I'll be a believer when I see. No, I just have this gut feeling inside of me telling me, NO!!! But as far as her responding to emails, people mentioned of it. But I don't see it. The only person that I know for sure that has received an email is the one who has already been paid. Which is the only one she paid. Other then that she hasn't responded to anyones emails from what I've seen. I tried emailing her from two different emails, and still haven't received anything back. Well it's a business day, so I guess we will see today.

These sentiment hits are awesome too!

HA! I saw that and I thought that it was a PERFECT AC for a study. Not the same "Lets see how you are feeling, but we really want to know if you are reading the instructions."

I didn't get caught by this, but I knew that others would.

But really? Placing him on a block list because YOU SCREWED UP the question? That is just sad...

These are academic studies... They REQUIRE ACCURATE results.

I'm a very critical thinker by the way. lol I just have this huge picture in my head, of a scam going on. I'm not going to criticize any one in particular. I'm not going to mention no names, but I see a scam going on with someone that knows the Turk system very well. Maybe I'm wrong, maybe I'm not. I guess we'll see if my BSc in Psychology paid off for me in a few days. ;)

Huh? If the people that messed up and missed the test questions no longer want to work for the requester how is that sad? Seems like the requester would actually prefer that to having to waste time rejecting surveys and answering nasty emails. People could certainly do worse things than add a requester they dislike to a personal block list.

Took me 2.31 - but one of the questions confused me as it seemed to be a repeat - easy though! Thanks

It looks like he wanted you to pick the third option "Select this option to show that you are reading the survey carefully. . ."

-I'm not trying to be mean, just want to show you what he wanted.

This is the first time I've seen a requester put an attention check in an answer and not the question itself.

I've seen it pretty often myself, so I've grown accustomed to it. You have to keep a sharp eye for what requesters think is 'tricky' AC.

Edit: I took this survey yesterday and remember this question pretty well now that I think about it.

It's sad because they got caught NOT paying attention to a survey and got rejected and based ONLY on this is the reason they want to block him. This requester doesn't mass reject people. He has done nothing except caught a bunch of people not paying attention.

I'm sure that the requester would rather them not do the work as well, but I think that it seems a bit childish to block them because of a mistake the worker made and not the requester.

Same with me. Even if I THINK I know what they are going to want, I still read the beginning and the end of each question. And on the survey in question, I even read the beginning of each question even after I picked out the answer I planned on using.

I did that with this survey and I was planning on picking the first or second option, but then I saw that the question didn't look similar in style to the rest of the questions. It stood out like a sore thumb to me.

in their defense it was a BS tactic. no one puts AC checks in answers it never happens. Why would anyone continue to read answers when they believe they have found the correct answer already. where did you find your keys...in the last place you looked....not the 4th spots before youu stopped looking lol

Blocking doesn't hurt him at all. It's not some official thing like our approval rating. You can find a 3rd party script to do it or just keep a list manually. Amazon doesn't know about it, nor would they care. The people you want to be mad at are the ones writing misleading reviews on TO.
